Matera Turismo
is a tourist cooperative that is dedicated to promoting
the Basilicata region by proposing a more alternative
travel
itinerary than that offered by the larger, more commercial
tour companies.
In collaboration with the Travel Agency
Basentour we offer group
and individual packages with guided tours of the Sassi,
the Archaeological,
Natural and Historical
Park of Matera Rock Churches, the Fortified
Farmhouses, the ancient
sites of Magna Grecia and the green
hills and mountains of the Basilicata’s
Natural Parks .
