Our idea of travel is that of an occasion for getting to know, discover, share and taste the beauty of an Italy forgotten by conventional travellers. An Italy in which every historic period has left behind its own masterpieces.
Basilicata is a small region offering unique landscapes and inviting you to resume more natural daily rhythms. It is the ideal place for anyone who ever wanted to discover the charm of travelling along the less beaten path, in search of ancient traditions, authentic cuisine, religious festivals and the magic rituals and culture of the Mediterranean. In addition to our cultural and naturalistic trips, we also organize educational activities for students, as well as courses in cooking, restoration and artisan craft-work, for those who love the idea of spending their vacation in direct contact with the locals

MAGIC BASILICATA

Duration: 9 days- 8 nights

The trip will begin in Matera, one of the oldest settlements in the world. Afterwards we’ll move into the heart of Basilicata, in which one can relax among the gentle golden hills, rocky mountains and discover the beauty of the coastline. You will encounter castles, ruins, and small villages seemingly forgotten by time, that will dot the landscape everywhere you look.
All this will be rendered even more charming by the hospitality of the Lucano people and the climate you’ll encounter. The feelings inspired by a Mediterranean sunset, or the warmth felt after a long days walk and a simple traditional meal washed down by good local wine will leave you with unforgettable memories of this magical place.

MATERA: FROM THE HILLS TO THE SEA

Duration: 4 days - 3 nights

A charming and intriguing trip through the history of the Matera area; you’ll go from the Palaeolithic and Neolithic settlements of the Rock Church Park to the vestiges of Magna Grecia and from the Sassi of Matera to the Southern Renaissance.

The Matera Sassi a noteworthy occasion and the most intense time of the year: the Madonna della Bruna Festival.
